IoT - from the Edge, through the Fog, and to the Cloud
This NEIN-ISSA meeting will cover the entire IoT landscape, from the edge, the fog to the cloud and everything in between. It will cover security issues and challenges in each of the landscapes as well as technologies and protocols that are widely used in each. A couple of 'live demos' will be shown of how easy it is to find IoT data and start using it for yourself, since so many out there are not protecting it. We'll conclude with the future of IoT data and what it can and likely will be used for.
Our speaker is Jason Ortiz, Pondurance
Jason Ortiz is a senior engineer with Pondurance who focuses on research and development of tools and capabilities for Pondurance's SOC analysts. Jason has an extensive background in security and intelligence as well as a passion for IoT.
