On the positive side, your role is critically important to the success of the organization you work for. It is a hugely rewarding job when you and your team complete a critical project on-time and on-budget. And on-strategy. And management acknowledges your accomplishments.

As this ISSA chapter looks forward to future luncheons and events, we are looking to hear from you on the “Day in the life of a Cybersecurity and IT professional.” We want you to help shape our future conversations and topics that are meaningful to you. We will cover the following questions in a moderated session where you provide the input and anecdotes.

• What topic areas would you like to hear about in order to do your job more effectively?
• What are the pressing issues and questions you face from management?
• What specific technologies or service areas do you want to know more about?
• What cyber trends are potentially impacting your organization and role?
• Rant time: What really holds you back in your job?

We will summarize our discussion and communicate back to all Northeast IN ISSA members what we heard and future topic areas we will focus on.
